Many years ago I had a health crisis which woke me up to the role stress was playing in undermining my immune system.  As a result, I began to practice a range of solutions in terms of better management of my time; my sleep pattern; my diet and nutrition; my workload; and my physical exercise.

Today, forty years later, I am harvesting the many benefits of those lifestyle changes.
